These terms describe permitted use of Intac Parts & Services’ private internal AI assistant (the “Assistant”). The Assistant is for the owner of Intac Parts & Services and internal agents specifically authorized by the owner. It is not offered for public registration, to customers, or to suppliers, and these terms do not replace Intac’s separate customer, supplier, employment, or commercial agreements.

Authorized use

Use the Assistant only if the owner has authorized you. Connect a Google account only with its account owner’s permission. Use only the Google data and services assigned to your role, and do not try to access another person’s account or information without authorization.

What the Assistant may do

The Assistant can help find and summarize relevant information, prepare drafts, and perform internal productivity tasks using connected services. Its technical access depends on the permissions granted to its Google profile.

The Assistant may not send an external message, publish content, make a purchase or payment, delete or change external records, or make legal, financial, contractual, pricing, technical, or delivery commitments unless the owner has approved the specific action and its scope. A Google permission by itself is not approval to act.

Review and responsibility

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important results and verify facts before relying on them, especially before communicating externally or making a business decision. The Assistant is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated advice.

Google and other services

Use of Google data must follow Google’s applicable terms and API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: Google API Services User Data Policy. OpenAI Codex and Telegram may process information sent to them to provide their respective services under their applicable terms and settings. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.

Availability and access removal

The Assistant depends on Google, OpenAI, Telegram, local Hermes software, and network services. Access may be unavailable or withdrawn. The owner or the Google account owner may end access at any time by revoking the account authorization and removing the local profile credential. Removing authorization may not delete copies in local history, logs, Telegram conversations, or third-party systems; those copies must be handled separately.

Contact and changes

Questions about these internal terms may be sent to intacps@gmail.com. These terms will be updated if the Assistant’s users, permissions, providers, or permitted actions change. This page shows the date it was last updated.
