About the Assistant
Intac Parts & Services operates a private AI assistant for the business owner and internal agents specifically authorized by him. It is not open to public registration and is not offered as a service to customers or suppliers.
What it helps with
The Assistant supports internal productivity tasks such as finding and summarizing relevant email, preparing drafts, and working with other Google Workspace information when requested by the account owner. Depending on the account and agent profile, this may include Calendar events, Drive files, Sheets, Docs, and read-only Contacts information. Access depends on the permissions granted by each Google account owner.
How Google information is used
Google information is used only to provide Assistant features requested by the account owner. Selected prompt text and Google information may be processed by OpenAI Codex to generate a requested response; response text may be delivered through Telegram. Intac does not sell Google information, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Account-owner control
Connect a Google account only with its owner’s permission. External messages, published content, payments, purchases, deletions or changes to external records, and legal or financial commitments require the owner’s specific approval.
