Intac Parts & Services (“Intac,” “we,” or “us”) operates a private AI assistant for the owner of Intac Parts & Services and internal agents specifically authorized by him. It is not open to public registration and is not a service for customers or suppliers.
Google information the Assistant may access
When a Google account owner authorizes access, the Assistant may process data allowed by that account’s permissions and needed for a requested task. This can include Gmail message content and metadata such as sender, recipients, subject, date, labels, and attachments when needed. Depending on the account and agent profile, it may also include Calendar events, Drive files, Sheets, Docs, and read-only Contacts information.
Gmail permissions can allow an agent to create drafts, send messages, or change message status or labels. Those technical permissions do not themselves authorize an action: external messages or changes are made only when the account owner has approved the specific action and scope.
How information is used and shared
Google information is used only to provide the private assistant features requested by the account owner, such as finding or summarizing relevant email, preparing a draft, or carrying out a specifically approved action. Intac does not use Google information for advertising, sale, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Relevant prompt text and selected Google information may be sent to OpenAI Codex to generate the requested response. The OpenAI account’s Improve the model for everyone setting is off. OpenAI states that new conversations and Codex tasks are not used to train its models when this setting is off. No Codex Cloud environments are currently used for this Assistant. Intac does not use Google information to train general-purpose AI models. If the provider, account controls, or use of cloud environments changes, we will review these practices before processing Google information under the changed arrangement.
When a response is delivered through Telegram, the response text is transmitted through Telegram and may appear in the authorized conversation. Google information is not intentionally disclosed to other people or unrelated third parties except as needed for the requested feature, with the account owner’s authorization, or when required by law. We do not sell Google user data.

Storage and retention
Google OAuth credentials are stored in Hermes-managed local profile storage on the operator’s Windows computer. Assistant prompts, responses, and related session or operational records may remain in local Hermes history and logs. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule for those local records; they may remain until removed using the relevant application or system controls.
Google, OpenAI, and Telegram process information sent to their services under their respective terms, settings, and retention practices. Intac does not control their independent systems. Information shared with those providers is limited to what is needed for the requested assistant feature.
Security and access
Access is limited to the Google account owner and agents specifically authorized for that account. Credentials are stored in the local Hermes profile, not in this policy. The operator should protect the Windows account and device and keep software updated. No security system can be guaranteed to be risk-free.
Your choices and removing access
A Google account owner can revoke access through Google Account → Security → Third-party connections (or Google’s current equivalent). Removing the local Hermes credential prevents future access from that profile. Revocation does not automatically delete copies already present in local conversation history, logs, Telegram conversations, or provider systems; those copies must be managed separately using the relevant service’s controls.

We will update this policy if the connected services, permissions, providers, or data practices materially change. This page shows the latest update date.
